Refund Policy, Returns and Cancellations
Returning non-prescription items
Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Provided the item is unopened and unused and in good condition, we can offer a refund.
Here’s what to do:
- Email us at info@apexvets.com or call us to cancel/return your order.
- Ensure the items are unopened and unused and in their original packaging and return them to us.
You must return the item to us within 14 days of the date that you notified us. Once we’ve received the items back, we’ll refund the amount due.
Prescription Items
We are unable to accept returns of prescription medication, or refund it.
Services
We are unable to process refunds of services.
Faulty/Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure that every item we provide gets to you in perfect condition. However, if you do receive a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you let us know within 14 days of delivery then we will be able to either refund, repair or exchange the item.
If the item becomes faulty more than 14 days after delivery then you can request either a repair or replacement. Please email us explaining what the fault is. There may be circumstances where it is impractical to repair the item and if that’s the case we’ll send a replacement.
