I honestly can't thank everyone at the vets enough for the care they've given my dog, Cracker. He's been dealing with an ongoing stomach issue, and their support and compassion have meant so much to us. From the beginning, the reception team vet nurse and dispenser treated Cracker with genuine care, concern they took the time to discuss his ongoing treatment plan with me. Everything was explained easily and they talked me through affordable treatment options without ever making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. It's clear that everyone genuinely cares about the animals they look after, and knowing Cracker is in such caring and capable hands gives me real peace of mind. I'm so grateful for everything they've done and continue to do for him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful veterinary practice to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and understanding care for their pets.

My puppy had her first visit to apex to be treated for an ear infection. Glen was absolutely fantastic with her, even with a sore ear she was giving plenty tail wags. Glen was very informative of what he was doing and what other options were available if the first didn’t work. Great service

I've been taking my now 14 year old Border Collie to Apex for a few years now. Having never had any health issues his whole life it was a worry spending more time at the vets in his old age, but Apex have totally relieved that stress for me. The wealth of knowledge and level of care is evident in every department, from the Vets through the the reception staff. Busters been having some age related pain and our vet Glenn has been amazing in figuring out the best pain management plan for him. We'd try one thing then review to ensure it was working, if not then we'd change immediately to keep Buster happy but also make it more cost effective for me. I am very particular about how Buster is handled and cared for, but from routine appointments, prescription review appointments, health checks and even a heart scan I'm so impressed with the care he's received. Id like to give a special shoutout to the girls at reception, whether it be through phonecalls or in person, you are all amazing. You all always make such a fuss when I bring Buster in and I just love to see how much he loves his vet visits.
